Why a biolake?
Cuturi is an oasis of untouched nature located in a natural reserve where we wanted to create this biologically filtered water basin, to allow he guests to purify their mind and body.
The biolake is not purified with chemicals, but through the phytodepuration of plants and with purification carried out by the various layers of sand and pebbles and a continuous influx of spring water, for an authentic atmosphere surrounded by nature.
There is always a way to enrich the environment and biodiversity.
Sustainability: natural sustainability must derive from a principle of economic and social sustainability, which is why Masseria Cuturi tries to be consistent in all their choices.
They grow organically (ICEA certified) and they protect biodiversity in all its forms such as renewable energy – lighter bottles – certified paper – corks made from renewable raw materials (sugar cane)
