The Friends of Torre Raone

The friends of Torre Raone

All the labels of Torre Raone are inspired by the fauna that populates the estate located in a reserve area where hunting except selective hunting is prohibited.
The squirrel, the deer, the sheperd, the fox, the hare, the boar, the wolf and the ox. The characteristic of these animals “can be found” in the wines of Torre Raone.

On August 14th  a young fox has been spotted in the vineyards of Torre Raone

Cerasuolo Volpe

“The clever and cunning Fox creates admiration and curiosity in those who can see it.
Her character is reflected in this wine, young, fresh, pleasant and with balanced acidity.
These are pure Montepulciano D’Abruzzo grapes. The grapes are selected and harvested before complete maturation, to guarantee excellent acidity and freshness.

The vinification is “white” after a short cryomaceration in the press (6 hours) of the free-run must.

On the nose it presents delicate aromas of cherry, strawberry and red rose, in the mouth it is harmonious and balanced with sweet and persistent flavours.”
