MONTUBERT IS NAMED AFTER THE VINEYARD THAT MAKES THIS ELEGANT BARBARESCO DOCG
Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
Colour: Intense garnet red with Nebbiolo’s typical orange shades
Nose: Complex and elegant, with flower and violet aromas
Taste: Robust, dry and pleasantly tannic
Vinification: light pressing, fermentation and maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks

STARDERI IS THE NAME OF THIS VINEYARD IN NEIVE
Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
Colour: Intense garnet red with Nebbiolo’s typical orange shades
Nose: Complex and elegant, dried plums, liquorice notes. Flowers and violet aroma
Taste: Elegant tannin, female and a good acidity that gives structure and balance
Vinification: soft pressing after that a spontaneous natural fermentaion with indigenous yeast
Ageing: in wood
