Grape variety: 100% Lambrusco Sorbara
Colour: coppery wine, golden reflections and onion skins, with a fine and persistent perlage
Nose: toasted notes, dry and almost caramelized fruit, green walnut, floral sents, balsamic and resin hints. Bouquet of perfumes.
Palate: Fresh, sapid, elegant

Colour: light ruby red, with fine perlage
Nose: intense and elegant notes of wild berries, and a characteristic scent of violet

Grape variety: 100% Lambrusco Sorbara
Colour: Salmon pink, with a very fine and persistent perlage. Slightly turbid because of the presence of the fermentation residual.
Nose: citrus notes of grapefruit, wild strawberry, floras and wild rose scents.
Palate: Fresh, with bright acidity. Pomegranate and green apple skin. Bright sapidity, balance and persistence.
