Nero d’Avola Riserva 2016
“The 2016 Nero d’Avola opens with a dusty blend of violets and lavender, offset by flowery underbrush and brown spice. It’s round in feel with a tart core of wild berry fruits and sour citrus that add tension throughout.
A sour blackberry tinge lingers as the 2016 tapers off long,b fresh and pleasantlt chewy”
Syrah 2022
“The 2022 Syrah lifts from the glass with a savory and smoky blend of rosemary and sage, giving way to crushed rocks and blackberries. It sweeps across the palate, juicy and energetic in style, with a refined wave of polished black fruits underpinned by saline minerals and spice. It tapers off with a gentle coating oof fine tannins and a tinge of licorice, all the way maintaining a marvellous freshness.“
ViaRossa 2022
“A smoky mix of grilled herbs, crushed ashen stone and menthol-tinges blueberries introduces the Via Rossa 2022. This is vividly fruit-torward yet balanced-ripe red and blue fruits swirl across a stream of juicy acidity. It tapers off with a pleasantly chewy sensation, clean and classically dry. The Via Rossa is a varietal Nero d’ Avola.“
Voce di Lago 2023
“A whiff of sweet mint gives way to notes of cantaloupe, chamomile and spice as the 2023 Voce di Lago opens in thr glass. It’s soft snd round, displaying a balance of ripe orchard fruits and candied citrus under and air of pretty inner florals. This finishes with. caking of minerality, tapering off youthfully tense and leaving the mouth watering for more.“
