Tasting Notes:
Pale powder pink, with a very fine and persistent perlage
White floral scents, hawthorn, red apple skin, wild strawberry, with aromas of raspberry and vanilla
strong acidity and fresh finish, persistent and delicate with a fruity note. Dry, sharp and clean
Very good as an aperitif, paired with oysters or a tartare of raw fish, with a
platter of cold cuts, with tortellini or meat bollito misto.

Grapes: Verdicchio
The harvest is slightly anticipated to enhance freshness and acidity.
Wine obtained from a vinification with natural, not induced refermentation in bottle called “ancestral”. Before uncorking, the bottle can be shaken to suspend again all the yeasts, increasing greatly his complexity.
Tasting Notes:
Aroma of good intensity, fresh, citrusy with fruity notes of green apple, cedar and aromatic herbs. On the palate savory, fresh and crisp.
Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs good with appetizers, fish dishes and semi-soft cheeses until tasty ones.

Located in Cristo di Sorbara, near the Modena,
Run by Alberto Paltrinieri and family it was created by his grandfather in the 1920s and owns around 15 hectares of vineyards in the Cristo area, one of the most important for this kind of wine.
The vines are located in an ideal position, at the heart of the Lambrusco di Sorbara production area .
