Montepulciano d’ Abruzzo Terre dei Vestini San Zopito 2019
The Ox, a symbol of strength and patience. Unique, inimitable and unforgettable wine takes its name in honor of the patron saint of Loreto Aprutino, San Zopito.
An indigenous wine even in its name, Zopito being an exclusive name of Loreto Aprutino.
100% Montepulciano D’Abruzzo
Montepulciano d’ Abruzzo Riserva 2020
The Wolf, the alpha of the vineyard. This wine is a riserva, aged to perfection, showing a more complex and structured profile. It’s a true pack leader—powerful and elegant, with layers of dark fruit, cocoa, and a hint of forest floor. A wine that commands attention.
Pecorino d’ Abruzzo 2024
The Shepherd, a wine that speaks of tradition and careful guidance. Just as the shepherd watches over the flock, this Pecorino is a classic and reliable expression of the land. It offers a gentle, refreshing character with clean notes of green apple and white flowers, a timeless taste of the region.
The producer:
Torre Raone, located in Loreto Aprutino, at 350 meters above sea level and at the foot of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park, was born in 1997 when Luciano, a farmer originally from Tollo, bought this 35-hectares company.
The wines:
Organic since 2006
From the original 12 hectares of vineyards to today there are 29 hectares dedicated to the production of wine grapes, of these, 5 hectares are the old tents planted by the previous owners way back in 1969.
The old barn was transformed into a cellar and in 2006 the production of organic wines began.
