Franciacorta Saten Brut Millesimato 2020

Not the classic one,  but Monio Compagnoni’s boldest interpretation of a product known for its softness, elegance and refinement.
Color: very deep, thick golden yellow.
Bouquet: It has a rich spectrum of scents, it is enveloping and almost fat without any cloyingness; there are sensations of vanilla, biscuit, liquorice and aniseed.
Taste: In perfect correspondence with the nose, the taste is also full, rich, generous and juicy; all well balanced by an acid base that allows the sweet sensations (of ripe fruit) to express themselves without tiring the palate.

Color: golden yellow with a light coppery hue
Nose: broad and enveloping, with notes of yellow peach, golden apple and lime

Franciacorta Cuvée Brut Alla Moda

The perfect representation of Monzio Compagnoni’s philosophy: a wine of character, immutable over time, with a strong, recognisable, unique identity.
Color: straw yellow with a slight hint of green, abundant foam and extremely fine perlage.
Bouquet: there are clear, sustained floral hints alongside the traditional bread crust and more delicate hints of peach and apple, and it has remarkable freshness and minerality.
Taste: Initial sensation of freshness with notes of grapefruit and tangerine and a final toasty note.
