“The 2022 Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo seduces with a blend of sweet cherries and spice complemented by mint and lavender. (…) It finishes with a mineral twang full of youthful tension, ending with a licorice and tart cranberry concentration.

“The 2019 Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva opens with a bouquet that blends tangerine with sage and crushed blackberries. It’s soft and enveloping with ripe red and blue fruits carried across a core of saline-tinged acidity.”

“Dusty and floral in the glass, the 2021 Montepulciano d’Abruzzo slowly opens with a blend of violet, lavender and citrus-tinged blackberries. This begins with a pretty inner sweetness and soft textures, as fleshy wild berry fruits are perfectly balanced by brisk acidity.”
