The vineyards are extended on a surface of 15 hectares, cultivated by organic farming certified. The most ancient grape’s cultivation started in 1860 and our estate was the first in Sicily to experiment the Chardonnay variety. Today we await the results of the latest implants: frappato and nerello mascalese.

The cellar was built inside old farm buildings.  Its total capacity is 2000 hectolitres.
The tanks and winemakers are made of steel and concrete, all equipped with digital temperature control.
In the cellar there is a microvinification line that allows, during each harvest, to carry out new experiments: a research aimed at increasing the enhancement of the peculiar characteristics of their terroir.
The aging of the wine takes place in the rooms of the ancient palmento, now air conditioned
