THE WINERY

Cantina Paltrinieri is a winery located in the heart of Sorbara (Emilia- Romagna)  where the family has lived for four generations producing Lambrusco di Sorbara DOC.

The owners Alberto and his wife Barbara belong to a handful of producers who are purely focused on quality.

They have 17 hectares of vineyard in the heart of the most prestigious provenance “Lambrusco di Sorbara”. Alberto first of all limits the yields in the vineyard.

A lower yield gives grapes with more concentration. In addition, he prefers to use only the blue grape variety ‘Lambrusco di Sorbara’.
