The itinerary is designed with stops nestled between the gentle hills that embrace the villages of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci.
This path reveals the dedication of local businesses to ancient traditions, their love for the land, their commitment to sustainability, and a deep respect for the rhythms dictated by nature.

This year the 5 stages of the event are:

Tenuta Campo al Signore: the first tasting will be at Tenuta Campo al Signore, at the Belvedere Eugenio Curiel. The initial tasting will let you savor a wine that reflects the tradition and innovation of the area.
Tasting: Cabrio IGT

Antico Frantoio di Segalari: the second stop will be at Antico Frantoio di Segalari, located in the hills of Castagneto Carducci. Here, the land plays a fundamental role in producing one of the best extra virgin olive oils in Italy. The oil tasting offers an experience that deeply connects the land and its history.
Tasting: Essenza della Collina – Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Mulini di Segalari: the third stop will be at Mulini di Segalari, located on the first coastal hills, at an altitude of 90-120 meters above sea level. This is a pristine, wild place characterized by the presence of woods and the dynamic force of a stream that flows along the property.
Tasting: Ai Confini del Bosco – DOC Bolgheri Rosso 2022 and Un po’ più Su del Mare – DOC Bolgheri Vermentino 2024

Poggio al Grillo: the fourth tasting will take place at Poggio al Grillo. Here, you can taste authentic wines, enriched by the aromas of a pristine environment. Walking among the vineyards of Poggio al Grillo means getting in tune with the land and rediscovering the authenticity of its flavors.
Tasting: Rosatico – IGT Costa Toscana Rosato and Guado delle Casaline – Bolgheri Rosso DOC

Podere il Castellaccio: the fifth and final stop will be at Podere Il Castellaccio, with fifteen hectares divided between vineyards, olive groves, and woods. This company represents dedication and love for the land. The tastings here offer an authentic experience, capturing the essence and emotion of the area.
