“The 2020 Lambrusco di Sorbara Radice presents a savory display of dusty rose, ginger and sour melon. It’s silky-smooth and textural, as a tug-of-war between sweet and sour plays upon the senses. Minerals, tart apples, wild herbs and spices resonate throughout, as this finishes long yet with cheek-puckering freshness. The decidedly dry Radice is made from the Sorbara grape, which is re-fermented to dryness in bottle, creating a ‘frizzante’ style.” -Eric Guido

“The 2020 Lambrusco di Sorbara Leclisse is lifted and floral with nuances of strawberry, savory spice and incense. The Leclisse is produced by the charmat method, and it spends three months resting on the lees prior to bottling.” – Eric Guido
